Clean, comfortable Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony. Kids loved the island waterpark-the slides were a big hit! The food, however, didn't meet expectations. Options were limited and often unappetizing. Spent a fortune on outside meals just to satisfy everyone's appetite. The evenings lacked entertainment. Only one short singing session during our week. Access to the pool was tricky due to the shared facilities among three hotels, leading to overcrowded areas at times. Despite these issues, the staff kept the hotel tidy, and they graciously remembered my daughter's birthday with a sweet surprise in our room. The stay had both highlights and drawbacks, particularly with the dining experience and evening activities.
